Highfield Resources appoints Katelyn Adams to role of company secretary

Highfield Resources Ltd (ASX:HFR) (FRA:23H) has appointed Katelyn Adams as company secretary effective from today.

Adams is a partner with HLB Mann Judd and has more than 10 years of accounting and company secretarial experience, servicing predominantly ASX listed companies.

She has extensive experience in company secretarial duties, ASX Listing Rule requirements, IPO and capital raising processes, as well as a strong technical accounting knowledge and has been assisting Highfield with its company secretarial work over the last two years.
