Highfield Resources extends sunset acquisition date for Yankuang Energy

Highfield Resources Ltd has agreed with Yankuang Energy Group Co., Ltd to extend the sunset date for satisfying conditions under their Implementation Agreement.
Initially set for March 31, 2025, the deadline is now June 30, 2025.
