Our view: We think Highfield’s Muga potash project remains the only viable undeveloped greenfield project globally, despite increased cost estimates, and recent moves to work with experienced potash industry professionals have helped to increase credibility. However, we continue to believe that environmental approval remains critical to unlocking value and note that potash fundamentals remain very challenging.
