Muga finally on path to production

Highfield Resources Ltd chief executive Ignacio Salazar never once doubted his company’s ability to overcome the final permitting hurdle and begin the long-awaited construction of the Muga potash project in Spain.

The administrations of Madrid, Aragón and Navarra last month granted the mining concession for Muga. The award of the mining concession will unlock a number of work streams for Highfield as the company looks to begin formal construction works at Muga before the end of Q1 2022.
