Highfield Resources shares rise after signing indicative term sheet for €23.3 million facility with Macquarie for Muga Potash Mine

Highfield Resources Ltd (ASX:HFR) shares traded as much as 8.9% higher intra-day after signing a €23.3 million non-binding indicative term sheet for an equipment operating lease facility with Macquarie for the Muga Potash Mine in Spain.

If executed, the facility will provide financing for the project’s various units of underground mining equipment.

The facility remains subject to contract and Macquarie completing its final due diligence and all requisite approvals.
