Highfield Resources Eyes Global Expansion

Highfield Resources Limited is set to become a globally diversified potash company through a transformative proposed transaction, including a non-binding Letter of Intent with Yankuang Energy to raise US$220 million and acquire the Southey potash project in Canada. The Muga Potash project in Spain is poised for construction, with funding expected to be secured upon completion of the strategic deal. Highfield reported a solid cash position with A$10.3 million in the bank as of June 30, 2024.
